The Opportunity
Join our Murray headquarters as a Title Officer and advance your career in real estate while working with diverse transaction types-from residential subdivisions to complex commercial deals. Youll focus on what you do best: conducting thorough title searches and solving complex title issues while our dedicated typing and proofing teams handle document production.
What Youll Do
- Conduct comprehensive title searches including metes and bounds properties
- Collaborate with escrow officers and assistants to resolve title-related inquiries
- Handle diverse real estate transactions from residential to commercial
- Mentor and train junior title officers and assistants
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in all title examinations
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Active Utah title officer license
- Proven experience performing title searches including M&B searches
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Commercial real estate experience
- Knowledge of Deed Plotter software
- Experience mentoring junior staff
