QUALIFICATIONS:
The knowledge skills and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Three years of relevant experience
A total of five years of relevant experience may be substituted to meet these qualifications

JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Systems Analyst is a strategic leader responsible for aligning IT systems with organizational objectives. This role involves collaborating with managers to analyze design and implement system enhancements while ensuring data integrity. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth testing researching new functionalities and providing cost-benefit analyses for system upgrades. Additionally the Supervisor oversees the installation and configuration of systems manages a team of 6 employees and handles personnel functions such as hiring performance management and discipline. The role also involves collaboration with vendors budget management and staying abreast of emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
