About the Role
To pick & pack medical products based on daily orders according to procedural policy for dispatching to packing & processing and dispatching directly to customers. To work with business systems to carry out the above both accurately and efficiently. You will work within a small team in a role that requires good communication coordination and manual tasks. We require a competent Picker Packer to facilitate the packing and shipment of products.
This individual will be able to meet the specifics of orders in a timely manner in addition to maintaining logs and records of stocks being shipped out to various suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and maintain the systems in place that effectively perform traceability and monitor stock control and distribution. They will require good communication skills to call out queries or make suggestions for improving key tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for picking inspecting and packing products.
- All picking and packing will be carried out in accordance with policy and procedure ensuring the clean safe and correct packing and carriage of goods.
- You will be required to diligently sort monitor and record the movement of inventory maintaining inventory procedures of incoming and outgoing stock.
- This will require data entry record-keeping and some filing.
- This role requires physical work moving stock labelling printing and packing and will require the monitoring of packing materials such as boxes tape protective wrap etc.
- You will help review product quality and processes frequently reporting problems to mitigate safety issues and improve practices and quality.

Qualifications & Experience
- The main skills required for a packer are good manual skills attention to detail and the well-paced coordination of tasks.
- The candidate should be physically fit be able to stand for lengthy periods of time have a strong work ethic be able to work through tasks unsupervised and be reliable punctual and methodical.
- You will be competent in using core programmes in the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Teams and Excel.
