Web Production Lead

Were looking for an experienced Web Production Lead to oversee the planning execution and delivery of a wide range of web-based projects. This is a hybrid role that brings together technical direction people management and process oversight. Youll lead a cross-functional team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality digital products.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership

• Guide and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers and designers.
• Organize and prioritize tasks based on timelines workload and business goals.
• Support professional growth through mentoring and feedback.
• Foster an environment built on ownership collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on progress and team performance.

Project Management

• Coordinate the development of web interfaces interactive pages and digital content.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and ensure clear project handover.
• Track deadlines manage resources and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Anticipate and address potential challenges before they become blockers.
• Validate outputs for consistency usability and adaptability across platforms and devices.

Technical Oversight

• Encourage use of scalable modern web development approaches.
• Support the implementation of reusable components coding standards and documentation.
• Identify and recommend tools or systems that improve development workflows or quality.
• Ensure data tracking and analytics components are integrated where needed.
• Partner with technical stakeholders to troubleshoot and maintain development environments.

What Were Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in web development or digital production with leadership experience in a team setting.
• Strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with modern frameworks deployment workflows and CMS platforms.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional projects from planning through launch.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with agile workflows version control systems and QA practices.
• English level: strong intermediate or higher ability to confidently participate in video calls and communicate with the team
