Fire Damper Engineer
Location: Reading (South travel)
Salary: Competitive in Industry
Trinity are hiring a Damper Engineer to install & maintain fire dampers and associated systems. You will be working on mechanical electrical and HVAC systems.
Working across the South of England youll be working as part of a skilled teams of Engineers and Senior Engineers to build on the companys reputation in quality and customer service.
The role of Damper Engineer
- Install service and maintain fire dampers in line with Trinitys quality safety and efficiency standards.
- Ensure correct assembly alignment and secure installation of dampers within ductwork and ventilation systems.
- Carry out inspections routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure dampers remain fully operational.
- Support the repair and replacement of faulty components and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Accurately maintain service records reports and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of HVAC systems construction practices and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A safety-first approach with a commitment to adhering to company and industry standards.
- Good communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn adapt and develop technical expertise in the field.
