Fully Remote South Africa
Monday to Friday Tentatively 8 AM 5 PM PST
$1500 $2000 USD/month (Depending on Experience) performance based bonus

About the RoleWe re looking for a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving our sales success. You ll lead by example coaching and developing a high-performing sales team overseeing daily operations and making sure sales goals are not just met but exceeded.
What You ll Do
- Lead onboarding and continuous training for the sales team.
- Monitor calls provide constructive feedback and ensure best practices are applied.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics using data to improve results.
- Confirm appointments and maintain high conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools to streamline the sales process.
- Work closely with leadership to align strategies and share insights for improvement.
What We re Looking For
- Proven inside sales experience (with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets).
- Experience coaching mentoring and managing sales teams.
- Strong CRM management skills (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- C1 English level (both written and spoken clear confident and professional).
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
