Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through to go-live and post-deployment stabilization
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams including business analysts solution architects developers and testers
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans schedules resource allocations and risk registers
- Manage client expectations serve as the primary escalation point and build strong client relationships
- Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and status meetings with stakeholders
- Oversee requirements validation solution design and configuration activities
- Track project progress deliverables milestones and financial metrics
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies standards and best practices
- Proactively identify risks issues and dependencies and drive resolution
- Support training and change management activities to ensure successful client adoption
- Provide leadership and mentoring to implementation team members
- Work closely with Product Support and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and long-term customer success
