Job Description
- Working within the Worldwide Launch & Expansion team we need a superstar program manager who will help us to deliver our exciting launch plans.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable driving complex projects and working in ambiguous spaces.
- You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners possess great communication skills and be an expert problem solver who keeps a calm head when the going gets tough.
- You also need to have automation and streamlining front of mind we aim to reinvent the wheel in a number of areas.
- Results will be highly tangible.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.
- Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the box thinking.
- Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams
- Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight
- PM tools like Asana Excel.
- 3 years minimum.
- Bachelors required.
- Ownership bias for action invent and simplify
