Job Summary:
The Technical Writer & Trainer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation including user manuals and operational runbooks for an AI permit system. This role involves conducting end-user training providing Tier-1 support and ensuring documentation remains current throughout the project lifecycle.
The Technical Writer & Trainer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation including user manuals and operational runbooks for an AI permit system. This role involves conducting end-user training providing Tier-1 support and ensuring documentation remains current throughout the project lifecycle.
Location: Richmond Virginia United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user manuals operational runbooks and technical documentation for the AI permit system.
- Conduct end-user training webinars and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide Tier-1 support and ensure documentation is kept current throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years of experience in technical writing and training delivery.
- Ability to communicate complex AI and cloud-based system concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with training tools documentation platforms and live support channels.
