We are having an opening for the position of BMS Engineer at Hyderabad location.
Role - Off Role / Contractual
Experience - 2 to 4 years
Job Summary:
The IBMS Service Engineer is responsible for the maintenance troubleshooting and
optimization of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) with a strong focus on
Niagara Framework-based solutions. The role involves ensuring system reliability
performing upgrades and providing technical support for building automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance & Support:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IBMS systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in BMS and Niagara-based platforms.
- Niagara Framework Expertise:
- Configure program and integrate building systems using Niagara N4 platform.
- Develop graphics dashboards and logic for building automation.
- Manage Niagara licensing station backups and security settings.
- Integration & Networking:
- Integrate third-party systems (HVAC lighting fire alarm access control) using standard protocols (BACnet Modbus).
- Ensure seamless communication between devices and IT networks.
- Upgrades & Optimization:
- Implement system upgrades patches and performance tuning.
- Optimize energy efficiency through system analytics and reporting.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate service logs system diagrams and configuration details.
- Prepare reports on system health alarms and energy usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/bachelors degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 4 years of experience in IBMS/BMS service and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Niagara Framework (N4 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (HVAC lighting security).
- Familiarity with communication protocols: BACnet Modbus LonWorks.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing VLANs firewalls).

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
