JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary SME for the Workday Timekeeping and Absence modules during the
implementation and rollout phases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders HR Payroll and IT teams to gather requirements and
translate them into Workday configurations.
Work closely with Workday implementation partners and internal project teams to ensure
accurate module setup testing and deployment.
Lead and participate in key implementation activities such as:
Business process design
Configuration and prototyping
Test script development and execution (unit integration and user acceptance testing)
Data validation and migration
Security and access reviews
Identify and resolve issues related to module functionality data integrity integrations and
compliance.
Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation tailored to end-user groups.
Support change management efforts and provide hypercare during and after go-live.
Monitor module adoption and performance; recommend optimizations and enhancements.
Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features impacting Time and Absence modules.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR Information Systems Business or related field.
5 years of experience with Workday HCM including at least 2 full-cycle implementations of
Timekeeping and Absence modules.
Deep functional knowledge of Workday Time Tracking Absence Management Work Schedules
Time Entry Rules Accruals and related integrations (e.g. Payroll Scheduling systems).
Strong understanding of HR Time & Attendance and Leave policies and compliance requirements.
Experience working in cross-functional global project teams.
Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence is a strong plus.
