Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications 5-7 years of overall experience in IT or Consulting with a strong focus on Insurance Business Analysis and Data Modelling Strong understanding of one or more of the following insurance processes o Policy Lifecycle (Issuance Renewals Cancellations) o Claims Lifecycle (FNOL Adjudication Settlement Recoveries) o Underwriting & Risk Assessment o Commission & Distribution Management o Billing o Regulatory and Statutory Reporting Proven experience with data projects including requirement gathering transformation logic mapping and validation Expertise in SQL for data analysis and transformation Knowledge of data warehouse ODS and data lake architectures Familiarity with both modelling techniques like Normalization etc. Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery models Excellent documentation stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Experience working on insurance core systems like Guidewire etc. Understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry (e.g IFRS 17) Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure etc. Basic familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Insurance certifications (e.g. LOMA III) are a plus
