Overview:
Were looking for a talented Senior Appian Developer to spearhead our digital transformation this role youll innovate our products and processes leveraging low-code platforms to turn ideas into impactful solutions rapidly.
As a key technology team member youll be responsible for developing applications that enhance our trading platforms and internal operations. Youll use your expertise in low-code development to create efficient user-centric solutions that address complex business challenges and drive our company forward.
Role Description:
Lead the development of innovative applications using low-code platform (Appian) focusing on both customer-facing products and internal business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant efficient solutions
Optimize existing systems and workflows to improve performance and user experience
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in low-code development across the organization
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends incorporating them into our development strategies

REQUIRED:
5 years of experience with extensive knowledge of low-code development platform-Appian.
A proven track record of developing high-performance applications that exceed expectations
Strong communication skills able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A holistic approach to product development from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization
Demonstrable examples of low-code solutions that have driven significant business impact
Experience in financial technology or online trading platforms (preferred but not required)
