Location: Epping VIC
Licensed Capacity: 54 places
Contract:Part-time 30 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $30.93 (Support Worker 3.1)

At Busy Bees at Epping we understand that nutrition is the foundation for childrens growth and learning. Were seeking a passionate and organised Chef to join our team and prepare delicious nutritious meals for up to 54 children each day.
This is more than just a kitchen role its an opportunity to bring creativity and care to a position that directly impacts childrens wellbeing.
Your Impact as Chef
Prepare and cook healthy balanced meals that meet dietary and allergy requirements
Create seasonal menus that keep children engaged and excited about food
Ensure kitchen operations meet Food Safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with educators to support special events and cultural food days
Contribute to a safe welcoming and inclusive environment
What Youll Bring
Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience working in a childcare environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge of food safety hygiene and allergy management
Ability to plan menus and order supplies effectively
Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
