Were looking for anInside Sales Team Leader based in our Cannock office.

What youll do:

  • Proactively coach and mentor the Inside Sales Team to create a high-performing sales culture.

  • Have a strong focus on developing and increasing New Business.

  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to develop a competitive sales strategy.

  • Lead and manage team performance to meet profitability targets and KPIs.

  • Qualify leads create opportunities close orders and actively pursue new business opportunities.

  • Act as a CRM champion ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across the team.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

  • Network internally and externally to build expert knowledge and maintain competitive awareness.

  • Lead or co-lead projects and initiatives driving continuous improvement and change management.

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record of maintaining and building sales in challenging environments.

  • Experience in power generation or Temperature Control rental industries would be beneficial.

  • Experience leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Customer-focused solution and results-oriented.

  • Financial and commercial awareness.

  • Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
