Were looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program a specialised service within MacKillop Family Services Out of Home Care (OOHC) Division designed to support children and young people who have experienced complex trauma disrupted attachments and high support needs.
This is not your average case management role. As part of a small close-knit therapeutic team youll work intensively with carers and children to create meaningful lasting change. Youll walk alongside young people as they navigate some of lifes biggest challenges helping them move toward healing stability and long-term permanency.
This is a full-time fixed term parental leave position (38 hours per week until 06/07/2026) opportunity based in Preston within our Out of Home Care (OoHC) Program. The position reports to the Home Based Care Coordinator.
