Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and manage two or more field survey crews ensuring accurate data collection calculations and preparation of plats and legal descriptions.
- Maintain QA/QC standards across deliverables budgets schedules and invoicing.
- Serve as the primary client contact representing the company at project and industry meetings.
- Mentor and develop survey staff through goal setting feedback and performance reviews.
- Support business development initiatives including proposal preparation and pursuit strategy for new survey opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active PLS license in at least one U.S. state or ability to obtain licensure within six months (exam fees covered; reciprocity supported).
- 8 years of progressive land surveying experience including DOT/roadway or transportation projects.
- Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of federal state and local survey regulations.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a standard seven-year background check.
- U.S. work authorization (or TN visa eligibility).
Preferred Qualifications
- Multistate licensure.
- SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering) experience.
- Familiarity with aerial surveys LiDAR or sUAS technology.
Compensation & Benefits
