You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key executive responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The CHRO oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition development retention compensation benefits employee relations and organizational culture. This role ensures the alignment of HR initiatives with the companys vision values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee talent acquisition recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Lead workforce planning succession planning and performance management programs.
Drive employee engagement organizational development and change management initiatives.
Design and manage compensation benefits and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes employee well-being diversity equity and inclusion.
Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR issues workforce planning and employee relations.
Develop metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all human capital matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience (10 years) in senior HR leadership roles preferably in a large or multinational organization.
Strong knowledge of HR systems employment laws and best practices.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
Experience in change management organizational development and talent management.
