Job Description

ob Summary:
The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating office support services to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role oversees administrative tasks vendor services facility management and day-to-day office activities providing a seamless working environment for employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and possesses excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage office support services including maintenance cleaning security and catering services.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment ensuring timely procurement and proper functioning.

  • Liaise with vendors service providers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

  • Assist in the planning and organization of office events meetings and internal activities.

  • Monitor office expenses and support budget management for administrative and office services.

  • Maintain accurate records of office operations vendor contracts and service agreements.

  • Support administrative staff and management with day-to-day tasks as required.

  • Ensure compliance with office policies procedures health & safety standards and security protocols.

  • Address and resolve any operational issues or employee requests related to office services.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in office administration facilities coordination or office services management.

  • Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail reliability and professionalism.

Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and project management abilities.

  • Customer-service oriented with a proactive approach.

  • Adaptable flexible and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Career Progression:
