Oversee day-to-day housing operations including room allocations inspections check-outs and maintenance follow-ups using housing management systems (e.g. Nuvola).
Maintain accurate housing records occupancy reports and inventories utilizing advanced Excel functions.
Act as the primary contact for housing-related inquiries concerns and dispute resolution ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Organize and promote employee welfare activities including sports events and community engagement initiatives.
Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities related to accommodation including airport pickups welcome kits and orientation.
Ensure compliance with health safety hygiene fire safety and pest control protocols.
Manage employee transportation schedules vehicle maintenance records and related reporting.
Prepare monthly reports on housing allocations maintenance incidents and inventory for management review.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold Accors values and professional standards in all interactions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate.
Creative open-minded and people-oriented team player.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas PivotTables) PowerPoint and creative tools such as Canva.
Strong communication organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle sensitive employee relations professionally.
Knowledge of Qatar labor laws health and safety regulations and HR policies.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
