Job Description
Are you an experienced nursing leader looking to make a lasting impact in healthcare We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director Adult Acute Services to join our leadership team in Missoula Montana. This is an exciting opportunity to guide and shape the future of adult acute care services while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Adult Acute Care Services including Medical/Surgical and RNU units.
- Foster a culture of patient- and family-centered care ensuring quality safety and service excellence.
- Collaborate across departments and disciplines to enhance workflows improve care delivery and achieve organizational goals.
- Mentor and develop nursing leaders and staff to build high-performing teams.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations accreditation standards and hospital policies.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Healthcare Administration or Business Administration strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience required; 5 years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and drive patient-centered initiatives.
- Broad knowledge of modern healthcare administration principles and practices.
- Hospital-based experience in Med/Surg and RNU required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification in nursing specialty preferred.
- Certification in patient safety and/or clinical quality strongly preferred.
- Prior leadership experience as a Nursing Services Unit Director is highly desirable.
