Job Description
Contract Associate:
- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience. Work with suppliers to maximize value while mitigating risk. Experience in sourcing and procurement mandatory.
- The Contract Consultant role involves analyzing the contractual terms identifying the risks and highlighting them communicating with business requesters to close any data gaps ensure payment obligations are fulfilled including the below activities:
- Will support end-to-end contract management activities from transition to closure
- Coordinate with LinkedIn Legal to review and approve contracts
- Manage LinkedIn expectations and adherence to SLA and KPI
- Business requester relationship management skills including clear proactive communications to effectively understanding business requirements while clearly explaining sourcing processes policies and contractual risks. Ability to effectively manage and communicate timelines and meet commitments
- Ability to negotiate under competitive conditions both legal and commercial requirements
Qualifications :
- Minimum Academic Qualification: Bachelors degree required; a Law degree is preferred.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (Windows Microsoft).
- Excellent Communication Skills: English B2
