Job Description

Are you a skilled nursing leader passionate about driving excellence in patient care We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee our Interventional Cardiology Vascular and Pain Services departments. This is a leadership opportunity to guide a dedicated team ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and foster a culture of compassion safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for Interventional Cardiology Vascular and Pain Services ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
  • Supervise mentor and develop nursing staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with physicians specialists and administrative leaders to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee department budgets staffing plans and compliance with hospital policies state regulations and industry best practices.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to evidence-based standards of care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • Current RN license in the State of Michigan Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience (leadership or management experience preferred)
  • Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.
