Job Description
Are you a skilled nursing leader passionate about driving excellence in patient care We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee our Interventional Cardiology Vascular and Pain Services departments. This is a leadership opportunity to guide a dedicated team ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and foster a culture of compassion safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for Interventional Cardiology Vascular and Pain Services ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
- Supervise mentor and develop nursing staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with physicians specialists and administrative leaders to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee department budgets staffing plans and compliance with hospital policies state regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to evidence-based standards of care.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan Required
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience (leadership or management experience preferred)
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.
