Job Responsibilities:
- Perform field service on CNC tool & cutter grinding machines at customer facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues both on-site and remotely
- Install CNC grinding machines at customer sites
- Provide technical support via phone email and in-person ensuring customer satisfaction
- Interpret and use mechanical electrical and other technical drawings
- Travel up to 80% to support customers across the USA Canada and Mexico
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with CNC grinding machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Experience supporting customers onsite and remotely
- Knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
