Who are we looking for


Were looking for an organized and proactive Office Support Administratorto join our Management & Administration team in Sydney.

In this diverse role you will:

  • Respond to requests for information about the availability of people/ facilities to assist in arranging business meetings.
  • Conduct data entry into company systems and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
  • Exchange information with internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.
  • Receive visitors and assist in various requests for information referring to more complex matters to colleagues.
  • Maintain files and records and perform basic data entry tasks.
  • Create positive experiences for clients

What would you bring to the team

  • A certificate/ degree in administration or similar with a strong aptitude for numerical work and problem solving
  • Some experience working in customer service with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Be meticulous with attention to detail a proactive mindset who is passionate to plan prioritize and be results and team orientated.
  • Effectively use standard office equipment and standard software to support business (Microsoft Office applications intermediate level in Excel)
  • Well-versed in communicating both verbal and written especially in attending to clients needs and can navigate customer conversations
  • Fosters building positive relationships as well as working well under pressure with deadlines
  • Client centric
