Job Description
Salary/Position Classification
- $13.00 hourly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 10-15 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Capturing editing and archiving video content for marketing purposes. Final pieces will - (Essential)
- Brainstorm and execute concepts for university social media accounts including Instagram and TikTok. - (Essential)
- Assist University Videographers with video shoot. - (Essential)
- Assist staff with various office tasks as needed (deliveries printing assembly of materials) - (Essential)
- Will work with other student workers on projects including social media content - (Essential)
- May serve as a model in marketing shoots for marketing materials - (Essential)
Minimum Requirements
- Willingness to learn
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Applicant will have a basic understanding of cameras and lighting gear and Adobe Premier Pro
- Applicant will be able to provide a final video product that conforms to brand standards provided by supervisor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Must be able to meet weekly for team meetings
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
