About the role
We are seeking a true industry professional with a passion for guest relations who wishes to join a vibrant and energetic team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager & Night Manager you will be involved in all matters affecting overnight guest service and hotel operations to ensure our guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay.
This is a part-time role and you will be required to work a rotating roster which will include weekends and public holidays. The shifts are generally 11:00pm to 7:00am however may require you to finish late during busy times.
About you
- Excellent customer relations problem solving decision making and time management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
- An aptitude for figures reconciliation and Excel spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent personal presentation and an eye for detail
- Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Proven ability in the operation of a hotel property management system (Opera or RMS)
