The Roles Impact:

NLET Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Is looking for a Business Development Executive where youll be a key driver of our growth. This role is about strategically expanding our market presence and building a foundation for future success. Youll be responsible for generating new leads cultivating new business lines and partnerships and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. Your direct contributions will be vital to our mission of empowering businesses with innovative technology and ensuring long-term company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your role is a dynamic blend of acquiring new business and nurturing current client relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Pioneering New Business: Youll take ownership of our growth by actively generating leads and qualifying new markets partnerships and revenue streams. This includes managing all new queries that come in through our portals and driving strategic outreach efforts to find new opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling pitches and live demonstrations of our School & College ERP software and other automation solutions to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients through our CRM system ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Actively manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing staying engaged in all sales stages.
  • Becoming a Product Expert: Develop a thorough understanding of both our ERP software and Digital Marketing Services to create insightful and tailored pitches.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Were looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to take on new challenges.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in IT sales.
  • Jaipur Based candidates
