Job Description
Job Location: 1500 Merrill Lynch Dr Pennington NJ08534
Job Duration: 4 Months Potential to convert to FTE
Schedule:
- Training: Onsite 5 days/week for 1st month
- Regular Schedule: Hybrid (mandatory 3 days in office 2 WFH); 7 AM-3:30 PM
- Consumer and Wealth Tax Operations Statement Team is responsible for the production oftax reporting statements and forms.
- Responsbilities include but are not limited researching resolving and validating the integrity of tax entries and tax income data housed on the tax reporting database.
- This data is then used to produce our tax statements and reported to the IRS Puerto Rico and various states.
- This will include daily monthly and annual report validation for numerous internal processes.
- Weekend/Weekday overtime is required when necessary and especially during tax season.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who is self-directed and detail oriented
- Ability to work cooperatively and embrace change with a positive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel Word Outlook etc.)
- Tax background a plus.
