Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Risk Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and operations with a passion for sustainability and energy efficiency. As a Risk Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks to our companys operations while also ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks to the companys operations
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential risks
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and potential risk areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
- Communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations to senior management
- Provide training and support to team members on risk management processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management and operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field
- 3 years of experience in risk management preferably in the energy industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) certification is a plus
