Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000$65000

Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a portfolio of personal lines accounts ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle account renewals remarket accounts and write new business for existing clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns including navigating conversations about rate increases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and enhance client relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferably within an independent agency.
- Skills:
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a book of business in need of process improvement and client engagement.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work.
- Licensure/Designations: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with agency management software and tools.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated confident and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
