A Supervisor Medical Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and coordination of care coordinators within a healthcare organization. This role involves overseeing the administration supervision and monitoring of program services ensuring that care coordinators meet the required training and maintain the quality of service provided. The supervisor also manages funding allocation assigns and oversees care coordinators caseloads and ensures a respectful and supportive environment for both individuals and coworkers.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Actively pursues a Bachelors degree in a field of related to case management.
