About the Role
In this opportunity as Director of the FedRAMP Program you will:
Lead and manage a team of four professionals dedicated to maintaining a secure FedRAMP environment.
Oversee the delivery of new product releases ensuring full compliance with FedRAMP standards.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous monitoring and security assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product security and compliance processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on FedRAMP requirements and industry best practices.
Facilitate effective communication and reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the FedRAMP program.
About You
Youre a fit for the role of Director of the FedRAMP Program if your background includes:
Proven experience managing FedRAMP compliance programs.
7 years in security or compliance leadership roles.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
In-depth knowledge of FedRAMP requirements and relevant security frameworks.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
