We are seeking a strategic and technically skilledWorkday HCM Lead Analystto support and optimize our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert across modules including Core HCM Recruiting Talent Compensation Benefits Absence and Time Tracking.
The Lead Analyst will collaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders to analyze requirements configure solutions and ensure system integrity and performance. Responsibilities include mentoring junior analysts managing small to mid-sized projects and bridging technology with business needs across our caregiver community. A strong understanding of Workday functionality security reporting and integration is essential.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
Bachelors degree in information technology Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
In lieu of the above education requirements a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Proven experience in Workday configuration reporting (Workday Report Writer Calculated Fields) and security required.
Six (6) years in HRIS or IT roles with at least 4 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience required.
Previous experience with Workday integrations (EIB Core Connectors Studio) is a plus.
Workday Core HCM Certification preferred.
Proven experience with Workday HCM modules and full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of HR operations compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.
Proficiency in data analysis statistical modeling and report development.
Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Ability to manage time prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and servant leadership principles.
This position will work a hybrid schedule with the expectation to work on-site per the needs of the department.
