Financial Services Associate Attorney $155k-$185k Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
A leading southeastern law firm with a national platform is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer to join its growing Financial Services practice in Charlotte. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex financing transactions for a wide range of sophisticated clients.
What Youll Do
Advise clients on syndicated credit facilities leveraged finance and other lending transactions.
Draft and negotiate credit agreements security agreements and related financing documents.
Support financial institutions private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on high-value transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver integrated client service.
What Youll Bring
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
47 years of transactional experience.
Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
Excellent academic credentials strong drafting skills and proven client service abilities.
Admission (or eligibility) to the North Carolina Bar preferred.
