This Position reports to:
EL Customer Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service including technical support order and payment-related assistance claims management. Each day you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Vignate plant.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Proactively communicatingwith customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
Ensuringthe resolution of customer issues (e.g. order technical payment) by coordinating with Sales Operations Supply Chain Management and other internal and/or external teams.
Providingappropriate solutions for customer requests andcoordinatingwith related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes order completion expediting credit management tracking and communication blocks and suspensions etc.).
Qualifications for the role
You have a degree in Business administration administrative education or management engineering.
you are at ease communicating in Frenchand EnglishItalianwill be a plus
Interest/passion in related area would be considered a plus.
Strong communication skills with costumer orientation and focus.
Ability towork under pressureand manage priorities
