Were looking for a motivated Sheet Metal Installer to help bring our projects to life! If youre ready to work in a hands-on role thrive in a team environment and have a strong commitment to safety and quality we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
Assist with unloading positioning and securing ductwork on job sites.
Assemble and seal ductwork components using hand and air-driven tools.
Operate tools machinery and forklifts (with training/certification).
Keep work areas clean and safe at all times.
What Were Looking For:
Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 2-3 years install experience and Industry knowledge.

Work Environment:
This position works both indoors and outdoors across York County. Youll encounter varying weather conditions noise and active job sites-where safety always comes first.
