Tile and Acrylic Installer
Location: Houston TX
Pay Range: $26 - $30 per hour role is bonus eligible as well.
Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile and Acrylic Installer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with tile installation and ideally acrylic installations. In this role you will be responsible for accurately measuring preparing and installing materials according to specifications while ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install tile and acrylic materials in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Read and interpret technical drawings specification pages and contracts.
Accurately measure and prepare work areas for tile and acrylic installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and clear away debris upon job completion.
Coordinate directly with customers or through a Project Coordinator to schedule installation steps.
Follow building regulations code requirements and safety standards on all job sites.
Efficiently manage multiple projects to meet production deadlines.
Communicate effectively with customers keeping them informed about project progress and schedules.
Report any installation challenges or issues to the Supervisor or Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
Tile installation experience required; acrylic installation experience preferred.
Previous experience in home remodeling roofing or window installation is a plus.
Reliable transportation and valid insurance are required.
Availability to work some weekends if needed.
Strong time management organizational and communication skills.
Energetic enthusiastic personality with a customer-first approach.
High school diploma or GED required.
Team player with the ability to take on more responsibilities and grow within the company.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs as needed.
Frequent movement including standing bending and reaching.
Ability to work in varied environments including residential homes and job sites.
Must have good hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise installations.
