What you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- CPA required.
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting managers.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and work well in a team environment.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Positive attitude with a team mentality
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement accountability and transparency.
- Flexible and adaptable to change
What will set you apart:
- Farming food manufacturing experience
- Experience with business intelligence systems reporting applications
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-national corporate environment.
- Public accounting experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish
- Masters or MBA Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $150000-$180000/ per year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
