This position is a general office administrator role to support the staff members at hand and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The incumbent is responsible for administering and executing administration functions.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies Manage and coordinate Housekeeping and Pantry work with Co-Working Space Operations Team. He should ensure office should be cleaned all the time. Manage office supply vendors and process monthly vendor bills to ensure payment should happen timely. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Support/manage travel arrangements hotel arrangements visa requests office celebrations internal and external events employee engagement initiatives etc. as necessary. Performing general clerical and administrative tasks. Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information. Visiting banks & Government Offices submission of company cheques & documents receiving signatures from company authorized signatories. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures by maintaining reports of travel hotel bookings and other administrative activities. Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with suppliers and other vendors (e.g. travel agencies) to ensure a seamless experience
