The County of Santa Cruz California is seeking a dynamic visionary and collaborative leader to serve as the County Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead a progressive innovative organization dedicated to delivering equitable and results-oriented public services. Reporting directly to the Board of Supervisors the CEO serves as the top administrative official responsible for the day-to-day operations of all County departments implementation of Board policy and execution of the Countys strategic vision. This role requires a leader with a strong ethical foundation deep public-sector experience and a passion for advancing fiscal responsibility organizational effectiveness and equity across all County operations.
