Job Description

Axia Recruitment is the official recruitment partner of Breathe Life Sciences a TGA-licensed GMP manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. Breathe Life Sciences are passionate about delivering high-quality compliant solutions that improve lives.

Due to strong demand and ongoing growth they are expanding the logistics team and are seeking an organised detail-oriented professional to join us.

About the Role

As the Inventory & Logistics Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the operation. This is a fast-paced hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills accuracy and the ability to work closely with multiple teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods.

  • Prepare and process invoices liaising with accounts payable/receivable as required.

  • Compile and distribute regular stock-on-hand and sales reports for management.

  • Order stock and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.

  • Assist with monthly stocktakes and ongoing cycle counts.

  • Coordinate and manage import and export permits.

  • Manage purchase orders delivery documentation and supplier communications.

  • Support compliance record-keeping in line with GMP regulations.

  • Provide administrative support to operations quality and compliance teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in inventory control warehouse operations or administration (experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment is highly regarded but not essential).

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems.

  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Current police check - or willing to obtain one prior to employment.
