About the Role
Were partnering with a long-standing and respected generalist law firm in Sydneys Southern suburbs to find an experienced Senior Solicitor (3- 5 years PAE). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on role within a busy and thriving practice offering true variety and responsibility.
Youll work across a broad spectrum of legal matters including:
Commercial law
Leasing and property transactions
Contracts
Mergers & acquisitions
Joint ventures and business structuring
Family law Wills and Estate planning
This role offers the chance to take ownership of your work run your own files with minimal supervision and work closely with a diverse mix of clients across sectors.

What were looking for:
3- 5 years PAE in a generalist legal practice
Proven ability to run files end-to-end with confidence and autonomy
Strong communication skills comfortable in client consultations mediations and Court appearances
Solid experience in contracts leasing commercial advisory family law wills and estate planning and related areas
Familiarity with dispute resolution risk analysis and strategic legal advice
High attention to detail and sound legal drafting skills
A proactive mindset and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
