What youll do

Were seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People & Culture team as a People Partner supporting our Community Aged Care portfolio. Youll partner closely with leaders to enhance employee experience retention and workforce capability in this vital service area.

Whether youre between permanent roles looking to gain aged care sector experience or seeking purposeful work this role offers variety autonomy and the opportunity to influence meaningful outcomes for both staff and clients.

• Coaching leaders to build capability embed values and make data-driven decisions.
• Providing strategic and practical advice on complex employee relations matters.
• Partnering on workforce development strategies to uplift capability and foster growth.
• Leading and supporting change initiatives that enhance culture and operational effectiveness.
• Championing engagement inclusion and retention through evidence-based people practices.

What do you need to bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

• Experience in a generalist or business partnering HR role ideally in health or care settings.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations award interpretation and employment law.
• The ability to coach influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive resilient mindset and a commitment to values-based leadership.

We would also love you to have:

• Familiarity with aged care or community service sectors.
• A desire to work in a purpose-driven organisation with real local impact.

While this is a contract role through to May 2026 its a chance to build strong internal relationships deliver real outcomes and explore future career pathways within AnglicareSA South Australias largest Social Services provider.
