Job Description
We are vertically integrated: we develop manufacture and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly into the R&D process an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. It also makes our brand tangible and real: our factory our team and our product pipeline are all part of the narrative.

Whats The Job
The Fulfillment specialist receives orders and fulfills the orders quickly and efficiently. You would receive order information find the right products in the warehouse and ship out orders to customers with a keen eye to order accuracy and quality.
What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
Picking packing and auditing customized orders for individual customers
Finished goods handling
Prep fulfillment materials (boxes and accessories)
Ability to communicate and understand instructions as it relates to general Fulfillment practices
Ability to meet or exceed standards in picking packing and material handling while still achieving accuracy standards set forth by management
Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
Putting incoming stock away taking inventory and reporting shortages.
Picking and packing other orders as directed by management
Sealing and tagging containers confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm
Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to the shipping bins
Ensuring that all areas of the Fulfillment Center are well maintained kept orderly and free of debris
Ensure compliance with food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Distribution Practices
Willingness to work overtime weekends and holidays as needed
Other duties as assigned
What Youve Done And Who You Are
High school diploma GED or suitable equivalent
1 years work experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse range of people
Proficient with using tools required for this position
Physically agile and dexterous
Proficient organizational skills
Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams

Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of standing reaching bending and lifting
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times individually and 50 pounds with support
Must be able to work near food ingredients exposure to food allergens (peanut tree nut and milk products)
Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment
You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
