Service Delivery Manager
Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Looking for Data & AI Development background resource. Not into Network and Infrastructure
Job Details
- 14 years relevant experience in service delivery or operations management.
- Act as the primary contact for clients on service-related matters.
- Ensure delivery aligns with SLAs KPIs and contractual terms.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity.
- Monitor and report on service performance; conduct regular reviews.
- Drive process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions
- Oversee resource planning team coordination and vendor performance.
- Strong client management communication and leadership skills.
- ITIL certification preferred; experience with service tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
