Were looking for a Manager Global Production & Account Management on a 12-month FTC.
Youll manage and execute multi-platform campaigns across Cond Nast brands overseeing everything from content creation and events to influencer and social programs. Act as the main client contact while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly stay on brand and are delivered on time and within budget.
The Role
Plan manage and execute multiple sold programs across CNs portfolio of brands including content creation event activations influencer programs social campaigns print and more.
Manage all client and agency communication while working in tandem with internal partners.
Identify potential campaign and program hurdles and optimise in real time.
Effectively manage program budgets timelines and content agreements.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal cross-department heads- production creative sales etc.
Work closely with brand marketing teams to help ensure content remains on brand.
Monitor industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offerings.
About you
Informed - Current on fashion luxury music and the arts as well as knowledgeable about Cond Nast brands and culture.
Imaginative - Youre a conceptual project manager and creative with innovative ideas that challenge traditional approaches to content creation.
Effective - Equally obsessed with creating beautiful work and impactful campaigns that solve our clients challenges with a white glove service approach.
Adaptable - Open to taking input from others with the willingness to take on essential tasks when needed to get the job done.
Resourceful - You strive to come up with ideas that suit budgets and timelines can manage multiple campaigns at once and know when to pivot if something isnt working.
Leader - You prioritise diversity inclusivity and representation in every stage of the post-sale process and lead with empathy.
Experience:
Significant brand marketing client services digital media and/or production experience.
Experience creating branded content and 360 integrated campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple activations and priorities in a high-volume fast-paced environment with effective time management skills.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes procedures and content management systems.
An innate desire to seek out understand and evaluate emerging technologies and then provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting.
Positive creative solutions-oriented and client-focused.
Experience with Google Slides/Suite preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel for shoots and events as needed.
