Job Description
Our client a growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced Controller to manage and oversee their accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare accounting strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage a finance team while ensuring compliance accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management
- Lead mentor and manage the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage budgeting forecasting and cash flow
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external partners
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant within healthcare
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred
Location: Lakewood NJ (In-office)
