Job Summary

Job Title: General Urologist

Join a dynamic medical practice in Schenectady New York! We are seeking a full-time General Urologist to become a part of an expanding urology practice within a community-focused facility. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive environment while providing high-quality urological care. The practice led by a respected urologist with over 18 years of experience offers a comprehensive range of services in both office and hospital settings emphasizing innovative treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional urological care including the treatment of enlarged prostate urinary tract cancers and more.
Manage and treat conditions such as voiding dysfunctions kidney stones and sexual dysfunction.
Utilize advanced technologies and robotic systems in surgical procedures.
Work collaboratively within a strong primary care referral network.
Participate in call rotations ensuring patient care is prioritized.
Mentor and support upcoming graduates working toward Board Certification.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of eligibility).
Active New York State Medical License or a willingness to obtain one.
DEA certification or eligibility for certification.
Robotics certification is preferred but not required.

License and Certification Requirements:

New York Medical License (REQUIRED)
DEA (REQUIRED)
Board Certification in Urology (REQUIRED)
