Job Opportunity: Neonatologist in Las Vegas NV

Our neonatology practice operates out of two esteemed hospitals: Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized neonatal care in a newly established practice as part of a leading healthcare provider.
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive treatment for newborn patients.
- Deliver evidence-based quality care to infants in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
- Manage a 24-bed level III NICU at Mountain View Hospital offering advanced services including body cooling and nitric oxide therapy.
- Oversee a state-of-the-art 15-bed level III NICU at Southern Hills Hospital collaborating with specialists in cardiology and surgery.
- Participate in teaching and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) opportunities.
- Engage in on-call and weekend shifts as scheduled.
- Open to new Fellowship graduate candidates through 2025 and visa candidates.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Pediatrics.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start).
- Clean malpractice and license history preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a Nevada medical license.
- DEA and CSR/CDS certification (must be obtained prior to start).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain.
- Board Certification in Pediatrics (required).
- Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (required).
- DEA certification before starting.
- CSR/CDS certification before starting.
